We contacted Everest Air Conditioning and arranged for a home visit and quote. Once we met Roger and listened to his advice we decided to install the Lossnay HV System. "We recently had a Daikin air conditioner installed which replaced an existing heat pump. Roger was our first point of contact by telephone and then visited to give a quote and offer solutions. At all times I found Roger helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. It took us a little time to make our decision,however, we never felt pressured in any way and we are thankful for this, as, for us, it was quite a big decision due to our previous experience with the previous heat pump installed by another company.
