Commercial Air Conditioning

DUCTED SYSTEMS

Ducted systems provide an integrated solution for commercial buildings. Compressors are located outside the building or on the roof and ducting distributes the conditioned air to the various spaces through discrete outlets located in the ceiling, floor or walls.

Systems can be controlled separately or can be connected to a central controller. Fresh air replacements can all be integrated into the office area through the ducted system to help maintain comfort levels.

Everest Air Conditioning offer consulting, design and installation services for new or upgrading commercial buildings.

VRV SYSTEMS

VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems allow far greater control than conventional systems in commercial buildings. With a VRV system each room or specified area can be air conditioned to match the exact requirements of each space.

Other benefits of a VRV system are smaller energy consumption, lower installation and operating costs and greatly improved comfort levels inside the building.

The VRV units are very compact which provides a smaller footprint than other solutions and heat recovery systems can also be included to further save energy.

SPLIT SYSTEM (HIGH WALL)

Split Systems are the most common form of air conditioning units for smaller commercial and residential buildings. They are made up of individual indoor units piped and wired to outdoor compressor units. The internal units come in the form of a wall-mounted unit, a ceiling cassette or under ceiling unit. Different sized indoor units can be used for the various areas required, allowing control for each space.

Units come in a variety of sizes, styles and features. Some units also have air purifiers , dehumidifying options or use Inverter technology so using a professional air conditioning company ensures you make the best choice for your needs.

WINDOW / WALL TYPE SYSTEMS

Although an older type of air conditioning system the Window / Wall Systems allow air conditioning through a single, easy to install unit. Installed in a window or exterior wall they come in a range of sizes, suitable for different spaces.
